PLEASE NOTE:

  • At this time the outdoor Catio is reserved for outdoor dining customers. The cats currently do not have access to the Catio space.

VISITING THE CAT ZONE

  • Want to visit with our adorable, adoptable kitties? A cover charge of $8-10 will gain you access to the Cat Zone where you can meet and hang out with a group of well-mannered Second Chance Sheltering Network rescue kitties looking for permanent homes. The cover charge is necessary to help offset the costs of housing and caring for the group of cats, who live full-time in the cafe until they are adopted.

  • In the Cat Zone you will find a comfortable environment for cats and people alike. The cats roam freely, and have a variety of unique and specially-designed cat furniture on which to relax and play. Feel free to bring your food and drink in with you, but please don’t feed the cats! The Cat Zone is a perfect place to relax, unwind, study, or work amongst some of Buffalo’s cutest coffee shop companions.

  • When possible, we recommend booking a time slot in advance to guarantee you get all the kitty time you want. Don’t want to reserve in advance? That’s ok too—we are always happy to accommodate walk-ins on a space-available basis. A signed waiver is required to enter the Cat Zone and children 12 or younger must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. For the safety of the cats, children under 5 are not allowed in the Cat Zone.

  • Our maximum capacity for humans in the Cat Zone is five (5) guests aged 5+.

DON’T WANT TO HANG OUT WITH CATS?

  • You can happily eat, study, or socialize in the cafe or on the Catio while watching the cat action through our glass dividing wall.

  • There is no charge to enter the cafe or to watch our feline residents through the glass observation wall from the cafe side!

When possible, we recommend booking a time slot in advance to guarantee you get all the kitty time you want.

The cover charge to enter the Cat Zone is $8-10 per person for up to one (1) hour of cat time. There is no fee or reservation needed to enter the cafe.

Reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. You can change your reservation date/time by clicking on "Modify Reservation" link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours prior to your visit.

cat zone rules

While in the cat zone, we ask that all visitors respect the following rules, which are designed for the safety of both the cats and our guests:

  • Please do not feed or tempt the cats with human food or drink.

  • Cats do not enjoy loud noises and unpredictable behavior — please be quiet and calm when interacting with our residents!

  • Let sleeping cats lie. You may pet them, but please don’t pick them up.

  • Take all the pictures you want, but please, no flash!

  • A signed waiver is also required to enter the Cat Zone and children 12 or younger must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
